UF COI Program is excited to announce the launch a new policy and system, eDisclose, for all UF faculty and staff.
The phased rollout of eDisclose will start with researchers who are listed on a current UFIRST and/or myIRB workspace.
*Researchers, regardless of unit status, will receive an email notification in the first week of July to log into eDisclose and complete a Disclosure Profile*
We will introduce enhanced efficiencies and transparency for investigators and research administration staff in the coming months. For all UF employees, there will be many training opportunities for reviewers and disclosers, including user guides, live Zoom trainings, office hours and availability to present at leadership and faculty meetings upon request.

NOTE: In-unit faculty must still submit prior approval requests to engage in Outside Activities via UFOLIO while bargaining is ongoing as Article 26 is still applicable.
