UF COI Program administers and oversees the review process for annual disclosures, pre approval requests, and significant financial interests related to research. Find information about COI requirements and electronic disclosure systems, eDisclose and UFOLIO, on the pages linked below.
UF COI Program is implementing eDisclose, a new electronic system, in a phased manner throughout 2025 to 2026. The roll-out schedule and details can be found here. Employees may begin using eDisclose at any time (with the exception of in-unit faculty, who must submit requests to conduct Outside Activities via UFOLIO while bargaining is ongoing).
