The COI Program is excited to announce that we have recently added a new discloser population to UFOLIO. TEAMS employees holding a position classified as “Job Structure Category” 11, 12, or 13 (generally this includes director-level staff and above) now have access to UFOLIO and should submit disclosures of outside activities and interests by March 5, 2021.
All staff employees who are expected to begin disclosing via UFOLIO have been notified of their new access via email. If you did not receive an email notification regarding UFOLIO access, please continue to disclose via the paper form. (Update November 2023: The old paper form has been deprecated, please use the new and improved form!)
