Currently, UFOLIO has been rolled out for four populations: 1) Faculty, adjuncts, and postdoctoral associates holding a 0.26 FTE or higher appointment, 2) Managerial staff in Job Structure Categories 10, 11, 12, and 13 (full list of applicable job codes/titles can be found here), 3) College of Medicine TEAMS Regional Physicians, and 4) anyone with any type of active UF job record who is also listed in UFIRST as key personnel. If you are not part of this population, you will receive an error message if you attempt to use UFOLIO.
Employees who are not currently part of the UFOLIO population should submit their disclosures via the new and improved PDF disclosure form: UF Non-UFOLIO Disclosure of Outside Activities and Interests Form
